Information I Receive

When you email me or schedule through Calendly, I receive your contact details and any information you choose to share. I use it to respond, schedule calls, assess project fit, and deliver agreed services. Please keep passwords and sensitive tenant or financial records out of initial inquiries.

Website And Scheduling Providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request data such as IP addresses. Calendly processes scheduling information when you use its calendar. Your browser stores your theme preference locally. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Calendly Privacy Notice.

Client Data

I access client systems only as needed for agreed work and according to your instructions. We agree on access, handling, and handover in writing. I work from the Philippines, and service providers may process data in other countries.

Password Security And MFA

When credentials are needed for agreed work, I store them in 1Password and use multi-factor authentication (MFA) on accounts I control where supported. For client systems, I prefer a named invitation with limited permissions and use MFA where the platform and your access policy support it. Please use an agreed secure channel to share credentials.

Retention And Requests
